Certainly, there are plenty of hours in the day, but often after a long day at work, the last thing we feel like is going to the gym and working out for an hour when all we want is to get back to the comfort of our own home. Don’t forget to warm up!

Yoga / Pilates

Planking 

Planking requires a similar position to the push-up, only with your forearms laid flat on the ground. Keep your body as straight as possible and hold that position for 1-minute if you can! You will feel the burn in your stomach muscles.
