In this Tier, we don’t have any Tax Exemption up to 2 lakhs minimum contribution is RS 250 PA and maximum no limit. Benefits on Tier- I contribution

  • The contribution made by an individual to the extent of Rs. 1,50,000 p.a. is eligible for deduction. The maximum deduction amount allows able cannot exceed 10% of the salary. In the contribution of Rs. 50,000 p.a. is eligible for an additional deduction of Rs. 50,000 per annum.
